• Authentication: Email, Password, and verification details for login, registration (including social logins via Facebook, Google, Apple ID), and phone number verification.

b. Communication & Chat Information:

• Messages exchanged between customers and couriers, including text, attachments (images, PDFs, Word files), and voice messages.
• Chat metadata such as timestamps, unread message counts, and online/offline status indicators.

c. Location Information:

• Customer location details (Country, City, Detailed Address, Latitude, Longitude) provided for pickup/delivery.
• Real-time tracking data related to package delivery and courier location through Google Maps integration.

d. Package Information:

• Package details (weight, dimensions, type, price, status history).
• Courier interactions, scanning of barcodes, tracking and status changes for packages.

e. Usage Data:

• Information on how you use the App, including navigation, search queries, filters applied, selections made, and feature interactions.
• Device information, platform, and Firebase token for push notifications.

• Preferences and data related to generic, message, and marketing notifications that you choose to receive.
